Overview
Summer Swim School is a concept brand created to demonstrate a different kind of ongoing design support: a professionally designed social media system that the client’s own team can edit and use in Canva.
Challenge
A busy swim school may want to create and post its own content, but DIY content can gradually become inconsistent as different promotions, messages and formats are produced over time.
The challenge was to create enough flexibility for the team to stay in control of its own content without losing the consistency and polish of a professionally designed brand.
Approach
I created a flexible social media system made up of editable Canva templates across static posts, carousels, animated graphics and video.
The templates are designed to work together as a recognisable visual system while still giving the business enough variety to communicate different messages without every post feeling the same.
The process is simple:
Pause creates the system → your team edits in Canva → your brand stays consistent.
Result
A practical content system that gives a business the freedom to create its own social media while maintaining a cohesive, professional visual presence.
